Cash receipt issuance

You can now issue and look up cash receipts in Bolta.

Individual customers get an income-deduction receipt against their phone number, and businesses get an expense-proof receipt against their registration number. When you do not know the customer's details, issue it as a self-issued receipt.

How to use it:

• Open the cash receipt menu and choose quick issuance.
• Pick the type: income deduction, expense proof, or self-issued.
• Enter the customer and transaction details.
• Press issue, then follow the status in the issuance list.

The National Tax Service usually takes one to two days to process it.
