Five free runs per visitor per day. The limit runs for 24 hours from your first request, and overall demand may close it earlier. Once a request reaches the external service, it counts towards the daily free runs even if it fails.

What this covers

  • Put one business registration certificate in each file. Batch processing of multiple files is not supported.
  • If the resolution is low or the text is blurred, compare every field against the original. Check the original for any blank field and enter the value you need.
  • Once a request reaches the external service, it counts towards the daily free runs even if it fails. Requests rejected by the file check do not count.
  • Compare the extracted details against the original before using them. The National Tax Service check covers the registration number, representative, and start date only, and does not confirm the authenticity or ownership of the document.

About the Business registration OCR

Do I need to sign in or register?

Extraction, editing, and copying all work without signing in. Each visitor gets five free runs in the 24 hours after their first request, and overall demand may close it earlier.

Which files can I upload?

One PDF, JPG, PNG, or WebP file up to 4MB. A PDF may hold up to five pages covering a single registration certificate. Convert HEIC photos to JPG or PNG first.

Does it verify the whole certificate?

It checks the registration number, representative, and start date against the National Tax Service. Verify the remaining fields against the original yourself. It does not confirm the authenticity or ownership of the document.

How do I paste into a spreadsheet?

Review and edit the result, then press copy for spreadsheets. Select the starting cell and paste, and the field names and values arrive as two rows. Values that could not be read stay empty.

Do you keep my file and the extracted result?

Bolta does not separately keep the uploaded document or the extracted result. The external processing service applies its own retention terms. Operational request logs remain.

Can I copy the result if the National Tax Service check fails?

Yes. You can review, edit, and copy the extracted values. The result distinguishes a mismatch with the registration record from a failure to reach the National Tax Service. Editing a value does not trigger an automatic re-check.
