The average wage period is split at month boundaries based on the start date, leaving date, and exclusions. Enter the base wage and other allowances paid in each period. A base wage is required for every period.

About the Severance pay calculator

Which date is the leaving date?

Enter the day after the last working day. The calculation includes the start date and excludes the leaving date.

What if ordinary wage is higher than average wage?

If the daily average wage is lower than the daily ordinary wage, the calculator uses the ordinary wage.

Is severance pay due for less than a year of service?

If continuous service is under one year, the result is marked as not eligible for statutory severance pay.
